Aha moments and experiences you can not live without

TRANSITIONING to 2017

Hi Peeps!

I have to share that I am SO Excited for the holidays! Christmas and NYE in Australia will be such a blast, so circle back to look out for that.

Meanwhille I wanted to talk about Transition and designing your 2017. Waiting until New Year is too late, now is perfect to block out some time to define the details of your future vision and ask yourself some questions.

Acknowledge your big wins for 2016.

  • What did you pull of that you are proud of in 2016?
    • Notice how thinking about that makes you feel (write it down).
  • What new relationships did I create in 2016?
    • Take a quick inventory of business and personal connections, give them a value rating by noticing how they make you a better person or add richness to your life (yes, write it down)
  • What did I miss or plan to catch in 2017?
    • Take another quick inventory and note it down. Think:-
      • family life / celebrations / soul time
      • success life / business / finance / opportunities
      • adventure life / life experiences / creative

Envision and planning 2017.

  • How can I fine tune my 2017?
  • How productive and effective do I feel in life and work? What if I amp it up 20%?
  • What distractions or competing interests seem to keep you from getting more done daily? How can I minimize them?

Do you notice that when you feel the most productive, that energy starts to free flow and gather momentum driving all things in life forward? How do I balance my family - career/business - selfcare - spiritual life?

Living life in the flow zone is living the present moment driven by future vision.

Getting organized and staying the course with a great plan is key to maintaining the consistency of living in high performance.

Successful productivity and work/life balance  comes with planning and this post is about some of my favorites.

Reviews: The best Planner/Journals for 2016

I have shopped around researching many a mindful planner and journal combo.

I love the colourful vibrant art of fellow Aussie Leonie Dawson and her 2017 Planner + Goals Workbooks. They are soulful and encourage lots of crafty creativity to design your life and business.

Danielle LaPort's The Desire Map Planner, this planning system incorporates your soul and your to-do list; your gratitude and your goals; your deepest desires with your day-to-day.

I also checked out Rituals for Living Planner is your tool for finding clarity and achieving goals, while nourishing your body, mind, and spirit.

Then I decided upon BestSelfCo's 'Self Journal'

It's promise...
'A powerful yet simple daily planner to help you I optimize your day, tackle your goals, and be happier.'
